PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATOR TO TELL THEM TO VOTE NO TO SB 411. The bottom line is that it has been put forward as a reintroduction of a bill that didn’t pass in the last session, but it is much more than that. It has been changed substantively and many senators don’t realize that and think they’re voting on the old bill.
Among other things, the bill would allow for the use of ACID MINE DRAINAGE AS A FRACKING FLUID WITH LITTLE RISK OF LIABILITY TO THE COMPANIES USING IT!!
