letter<\/a> signed by Berks County residents and the Delaware Riverkeeper Network to Adams today citing a PUC formal complaint filed earlier this month regarding the April 2017 leak on the Mariner East 1 pipeline and drilling mud spills in four locations in Berks County that contributed to the temporary suspension of the company\u2019s Mariner East 2 construction permit in January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\u201cSunoco\/Energy\nTransfer\u2019s recidivist behavior in Pennsylvania extends far beyond Chester\nCounty,\u201d said Karen Feridun, Founder of Berks Gas Truth. \u201cNo amount of regulatory\nwrist-slapping by Governor Wolf and the Department of Environmental Protection\nwill address the damage being done, nor will it cause the company to change. We\u2019re\nglad District Attorney Hogan in Chester County is willing to call it what it\nis. We urge District Attorney Adams to do the same.
