Here&#8217;s a recent quote from her that we&#8217;ll be responding to separately, but it shows that she&#8217;s not inclined to oppose fracking. &#8220;Interior Secretary Sally Jewell said yesterday that the debate around hydraulic fracturing is &#8220;confused&#8221; and ill-informed and called on industry to educate the public on the extraction technique&#8217;s safety.&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/secure3.convio.net\/fww\/site\/Advocacy;jsessionid=BD082455C05A715F1521220ABC899ADC.app332a?pagename=homepage&amp;page=UserAction&amp;id=989&amp;autologin=true\" target=\"_blank\">And this related letter submission form from Food &amp; Water Watch opposed the HR 2728 that would give control over oil and gas drilling on federal lands to the states.\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/petitions.moveon.org\/environmental-action\/sign\/keep-radioactive-frack?r_by=260688\" target=\"_blank\">Petition from the Delaware Riverkeeper Network to the Coast Guard telling them not to allow fracking waste to be moved down our rivers on barges. Deadline is 11\/29.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/npr-dont-even-thinkaboutit.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Petition to NPR telling them to stop airing natural gas industry ads.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.delawareriverkeeper.org\/act-now\/urgent-details.aspx?Id=150\" target=\"_blank\">Petition opposing bills in the PA legislature that would endanger the endangered species list to the benefit of the coal and natural gas industries.
